LOADING: ONE HUMAN, ONE DOG, ONE UNREASONABLE AMOUNT OF CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE

Hi. I'm Igor.
Scroll before I pitch you in person.

Siberian by birth, Wrocław by choice, mildly addicted to my phone by circumstance. Six slides. No corporate voice was harmed in the making of this page.

SCROLL
01 — Me

39 years, 5 cities, 0 regrets about the BMW.

Born 1987 in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia. Took the scenic route — Kazan, a six-month layover in Moscow, four years in Katowice — before landing in Wrocław in 2015 and just... staying. Ten years and counting.

LanguagesRussian (native), English (fluent), Polish (B2 — enough to argue with a landlord, not enough to win poetry night).
Transport policyI drive a BMW and have a principled, unshakeable refusal to take public transport in Poland. It's not personal. It's a lifestyle.
BeliefsAgnostic, with a soft spot for Buddhism — mostly the "stop overthinking it" parts.
Off dutySci-fi books, documentaries, tech podcasts, and yes — too much phone time. I own it.

Direct, practical, allergic to corporate speak. If I wanted a LinkedIn summary I'd have written one. I didn't.

02 — The Dog

Meet [dog's name]. He runs the household. I just pay for the treats.

Border Collie. High-energy working breed, which is a polite way of saying "will dismantle your sofa if under-stimulated." So we don't under-stimulate him.

CurriculumObedience, hand signals, off-leash long-line work, agility — jumps, weave poles, the whole circuit. He has better job training than most interns.
Field workDaily park walks, runs together, and — flex incoming — winter walks along a literally frozen river. He's basically a Siberian dog trapped in a very good haircut.

He shows up in my journal more than most humans do. I'm not mad about it.

03 — Hobbies

Slow games, fast bikes, faster markets.

The full rotation, roughly in order of "how much gear it requires":

♟️ Chess 🥾 Hiking 🚵 MTB trails around Wrocław ⛷️ Skiing 🎧 Tech podcasts (too many) 📚 Sci-fi novels 🎶 Music 📈 Investing — equities & crypto 🎥 Documentaries 🔧 Gadget rabbit holes

Chess for strategy, cycling for cardio, crypto for humility. It's a balanced diet.

04 — Work

By day: I run cloud teams. By night: I run an AI staff.

Product Lead, Cloud Competence Centre at Kuehne + Nagel — global logistics, very serious company, surprisingly fun problems. I lead 13 people (9 internal, 4 external) building AWS cloud architecture, platform engineering, and now GenAI in places GenAI wasn't invited before.

13people on my team
8years at IBM before this
10+AI agents I built for fun
The résumé part8 years at IBM GSDC in Katowice (2015–2023), then Kuehne + Nagel in Wrocław since Nov 2023. No gaps — I just kept showing up.
The flexOff the clock, I built my own personal multi-agent AI framework — 10+ specialized agents running my calendar, finance, health, legal research, and more, on infrastructure I manage myself. My day job is cloud platforms. My side project is also cloud platforms. I have a type.
05 — Travel

Passport's doing more cardio than I am.

Fourteen countries and counting — Poland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Slovenia, Portugal, the USA, and Indonesia (Bali).

Greatest hitsEurotrip 2024 (Prague → Vienna → Salzburg → Italy), Croatia 2024, a Porto business trip that definitely wasn't all business, USA 2024 — and Tenerife, which I've now returned to three times because apparently once wasn't enough.
Coming upBali, 2026 — booked in spirit if not yet in ink. Sicily is the idea currently living rent-free in my head.

Ask me about any of these. I have opinions and at least one strong restaurant recommendation per country.

06 — Life, So Far

The abridged version.

  1. 1987Born in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia. Debut well received.
  2. 1987–201225 years in Krasnoyarsk. Then Kazan for 3 years, and a 6-month plot twist in Moscow.
  3. Nov 2015Moved to Poland — Katowice — and joined IBM GSDC. New country, new job, same week.
  4. 2015–20238 years at IBM in Katowice. This is the "paying dues" chapter.
  5. ~2020Relocated to Wrocław — never left.
  6. Nov 2023Joined Kuehne + Nagel as Product Lead, Cloud Competence Centre.
  7. Recent yearsBuilt a personal AI agent framework — 10+ agents — because apparently one cloud job wasn't enough cloud.
  8. 2026 — NowLeading a cloud platform team, training a Border Collie into an agility athlete, planning Bali, and standing at a camp explaining all of this to you.
